How do I open a 2checkout account?
If you are a customer you should email [email protected] with the order number and the reason. If you are a merchant you will have to submit your application with your business and identity information which will be manually verified. Have your company´s papers as well as your passport or official identity card. Business address cannot be from a Virtual Box or P.O. Box. Some of the documents requested may include stakeholder information, company registration ID, Tax Registration Number, other financial information, business type, among others.
How can I refund 2checkout order?
Customers can request for a partial or total refund for completed orders and reimbursements can be made as well for partial or total amounts, tax included. After three months this option will not be available and you will have to contact 2Checkout directly of orders up to one year old. You can cancel the refund as long as the reimbursement process hasn’t started. Refund notifications will be sent in every part of the process and the time that takes is up to each bank where the refund takes place.
When do I receive my 2checkout product?
For downloadable products, delivery information will be sent by email. For physical products we suggest you contact the product manufacturer to have an estimated time. Also, you can check the status here.
