How can I close my Amazon Pay Account?
To close your account log in and and select Close Your Amazon Account. Keep in mind that Amazon Pay account is free and it has no maintenance fees, so once you close it can´t be reopened. You can also close only your Amazon Account and keep your Amazon Pay account open.
How can I return something or get a refund with Amazon Pay?
To make an exchange or ask for a refund log in to your Amazon Pay account and go to Check your Amazon Pay Orders / Amazon Pay Activity / Details and Support. You should contact the merchant first, explain the situation and he/she will process it according to their return policies. If you are having a hard time contacting the merchant, you don´t get an answer within three business days are do not arrive to an agreement, contact Amazon Pay.
What can I do if I have a transaction dispute with Amazon Pay?
