How can I ask for a refund and return with Klarna?
In case you need a refund contact the store. If the return has not been registered, log in to My Karma, go to Purchase and then Report Return, and your payments will be paused. You can ask for a partial or a total refund and it can take up to 14 days. Keep in mind that express shipping fees cannot be refunded.
Why was my purchase rejected with Klarna?
There are several reasons why your purchase may be rejected. Some of them might be because of your credit limit is not enough, especially when you are a new customer; you still have unpaid balance; the amount in the shopping cart is too high for a simple purchase; or an option to contact your local bank can be given for fraud prevention. Keep in mind that one rejection doesn’t mean that you will be rejected on the future: it will not impact your credit score on a negative way and Customer Support will not be able to change the rejection.
How do I cancel an order with Klarna?
First you should contact the store and follow their cancellation policy, Klarna cannot cancel this for the store. After getting the store confirmation Klarna will cancel the payment and make any refunds. You can check the status of you cancellation in the Klarna App under the Purchase option.
