When do I receive my money with Opayo?
When a transaction is made with Opayo it needs to be settled first between Opayo and you bank. This usually happens every midnight and if the transaction is successful it will be given a batch number and then the funds will be moved between one account to another. All this will take between 3 to 5 business days. If the settlement was correct but you still cannot see the funds you should contact the bank because some banks may take a bit longer.
How can I cancel my Opayo account?
To cancel your Opayo account you should contact Customer Service at 0191 313 030 who will review your account and process the cancellation.
How can I cancel a transaction with Opayo?
You should first check if the customer has the privileges for cancelation. After that you can log in into the account and identify the transaction that needs to be canceled in MySagePay; click on the transaction to bring the details and click in the Cancel button. You will be asked to introduce your password as a confirmation step. The transaction will be seen as Failed Transaction in MySagePay.
