What to do if my FedEx parcel got broken or is missing?

If you used FedEx International to send a package and it got lost or damaged you'll need the sender to file a claim using their online claims tool. Go to this link and follow the instructions to start a claim. You have up to 21 days to make a claim in this case. For domestic shipments in the UK you have up to 28 days to submit your claim. In case the shipment wasn't signed as damaged on delivery you have to contact the customer service damaged parcel team by 5pm the next working day.
