If your consignment was signed as damaged then you can proceed to make a claim. If you signed your goods on a clean POD you are basically stating that you received your items in good condition. You should contact Translink Express customer services to make a claim if you signed your items as damaged or if you never received them.

How to file a complaint with Translink Express?

If your claim is regarding your items being damaged, after contacting customer service, they will request to see the damaged items to be inspected by the insurance team. You have up to three days from the date of delivery and up to 7 for pallets. The damaged items will be returned to you after Translink Express reviews them.
