How do I file a complaint with Carphone Warehouse?
If you purchased something you have up to 14 days to change your mind from the day you receive the item but if the device is faulty you have 30 days instead. Keep in mind that you can't return digital items and software (things that have been used or downloaded), things that weren't bought from Vodafone directly and services or products that are paid for with the Charge to Bill.

You are able to return most items you purchased from Carphone Warehouse within 14. You cannot return things you can download or apps and items such as headphones for hygiene reasons. I haven't received my purchase from Carphone Warehouse
