How do I cancel my contract with Vodafone?

To leave Vodafone you'll have to request a PAC or STAC code depending if you want to keep your number or not. Keep in mind that if your plan hasn't ended yet you'll have to pay an early termination fee. To find out the remaining balance you can text INFO to the 85075; on your online account go to Account Settings > mobile switching or call customer service.
If you want to keep your number, you can request your PAC code by texting: PAC + your 4 digit account PIN (for example PAC 1234) and send to 65075. Your code lasts for 30 days, if you don't give it to your new provider the switch won't happen.
If you don't want to keep your number to ask for a STAC code you need to text: STAC + your 4 digit PIN (STAC 1234) to the 75075.
If you only want to cancel your plan without switching companies call customer service and let them know.

How do I file a complaint with Vodafone?

If you are having problems with Vodafone call their customer service number or mail them, but this will take a bit longer to resolve. If they don't give you a solution that makes you happy, ask for a manager. If your problem cannot be resolved in the moment, they will get back to you within 48 hours. If they provide a solution but you remain dissatisfied or they are taking longer than 8 weeks to resolve it you should contact the Alternative Dispute Resolution Provider (ADR).

How do I take my complaint with Vodafone to an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)?

If you are not happy with Vodafone's outcome to your complaint and won't propose a different solution, they will mail or email you a ADR letter.
Once you receive that, you can take your complaint to the Communication and Internet Services Adjudication Scheme (CISAS), their Vodafone's ADR provider but will remain objective and hear both sides. Can I return something I purchased from Vodafone?

If you purchased something you have up to 14 days to change your mind from the day you receive the item but if the device is faulty you have 30 days instead. Keep in mind that you can't return digital items and software (things that have been used or downloaded), things that weren't bought from Vodafone directly and services or products that are paid for with the Charge to Bill.
