An issue with Kuoni?

If you wish to cancel your reservation you must notify this via phone or written notice to [email protected]. Note that cancellation fees may apply, especially if there are air and/or cruise tickets. Depending on the cancellation period these are the fees charged by Kuoni: before 61 days: loss of deposit; 60 - 42 days, 50% of total holiday; 41 - 33 days, 60% of total holiday cost; 32 - 15 days, 90% of total holiday cost; 14 days or less, 100% of total holiday cost.

If you have a complaint you should issue it first to Kuoni Personal Travel Expert. The answer can take up to 28 days. You can also inform about this at [email protected].

Sometimes it is not possible to do this. When possible, administrative fees will be charge, as well as any other costs associated to these changes. You should contact your Kuoni agency first to see what changes can be done.
