Hoy can I ask for refund from Asus?
You can return an item for free as long as the product is on its original condition except for the following because of hygiene reasons: face and body products that were used or its protective seal opened; underwear with broken labels or hygiene seals; swimwear with broken labels or hygiene seals; pierced jewellery with broken seals; face covering with broken labels. You have up to 28 days to return your purchase, after that the return will not be made. The refund will always be made on the same payment method done by the customer and it can take up to 14 days after the warehouse received and inspected the item.
How can I change a product/purchase from Asus?
If you need a different size or colour of an item purchased you can return the item for free as long as you comply with the Return Policy. When the warehouse receives the product you will have to place a new order. Returns are free and trackable, you have up to 28 days to return your product and it can take up to 10 working days to process the refund or exchange after receiving this item.
How can I cancel an order with Asos?
If you placed the order with Clearpay, you won´t be able to cancel it. For any other payment method you have different time limits: Next Day Delivery, Evening Next Day Delivery and ASOS Instant - 15 minutes after placing the order; Nominated Day Delivery - 2 days before your chosen day; Standard Delivery and all other delivery options - 60 minutes after completing your order. If the items where purchased and shipped by ASOS Brand Partner, you have 10 minutes after completing the order you want to cancel. You will have to log in to My Account / My Orders / Cancel/View.
