How can I return an item from H&M?
You can return your purchase within 28 days of delivery, except for Iris Apfel x H&M collection that must be returned within 7 days. You should log in to the Return Portal and select your preferred return method. In store returns are also available and are obligatory for in store purchases. The products must be in resalable condition and the original packaging is not needed. Keep in mind that fabric face masks cannot be returned.
How can I get refund from H&M?
All refunds are made to the same payment method used to make the purchase. They can take up to 14 days to be reflected in the bank account. The delivery fee will also be refunded if the return is in order. Refunds for in store returns are also available.
