With Shein you will have 60 days to return the item and you must send back and upload the return tracking number. To do so log in to your Shein account / Start Returns / Select Item. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and with its original tags, and with hygine seals unbroken. Some exceptions apply and final sales and free gifts cannot be returned.

How can I get refund from Shein?

The refund can take up to 10 business days after receiving your return. It can be deposited on your original payment method or in a Shein Wallet. The original shipping fee, handling fee and shipping guarantee are non-refundable. If anything goes wrong or you did not receive your refund you have up to 3 months to contact with Shein, after that time the request may not be accepted.
