The products must be unused, in its original packaging, and in original condition. Be aware that pre-recorded material, mobile phones that are activates, software and fragrances where the seal has been broken cannot be returned. Mattresses which have been unwrapped, earrings for pierced ears, body bars, swimwear and lingerie also are excluded.
